You wanted it, and now it's back: our lovely Screen siren cardigan!
Taking a cue from Dior’s New Look anno 1947 this is truly a classic knit. You can wear it for years to come since it’ll always be fashionable and stylish!
The cardigan is as snuggly and warm as our other knitwear but has a distinct dress jacket look that is perfect for jazzing up your regular office attire!
This is a slightly longer cardigan knitted in a warm wool yarn. It has moss knit panels on the sides and both the front and back is cable knit. The cables join at the waist to highlight that very area and make you look slimmer. Below the waist the cables expand and a small peplum is beautifully formed at the back. This accentuates the waist and lower back. The peplum gives room for e.g. a wide skirt underneath, but the cardigan looks just as lovely with fitted pants. The cardigan is buttoned in the front, has a small jacket collar, and long sleeves with a puff on the shoulder.
The garment is knit in the same lovely material we have always used for our winter knits. The high wool content makes it warm without leaving you sweaty. It also stays fresh, cutting down on washes. Wool is infamously itchy, but we've solved that issue completely by giving the yarn a mercerized surface that makes it a bit shiny, very soft and gets less pilling. We have also made sure that the garment can be machine washed because we know how time-consuming and costly hand wash and dry cleaning can be.
Material: Heavy yarn in wool mix in fig. 70% wool 30% acrylic. Mercerized yarn in very high quality.
Rec. retail price incl. VAT: 1400 SEK / € 157 / £ 118 / $ 170,50
