When Amelia Earhart flew across the Atlantic Ocean and set many a record we imagine her in
something á la this – a beautiful, warm, and practical jacket.
We first introduced this jacket last Winter and it was such a huge success that many of our regular customers did not even get a chance to get it before they were all gone. So now we are giving you one more chance – with a Summer version!
This short waisted jacket is buttoned in the front with the option of wearing the collar open as a suit jacket collar or closed all the way up for maximum warmth. There is a square-shaped cut on the back of the neck and a comfortable wide smocked waistband and cuffs to keep cold air out. Hidden pockets in the vertical cuts on the front may come in handy to keep phone and cash on you while flying through the city on your Vespa or for an evening stroll. The pleats at the shoulders and elegant long cuts on the front and back really dot the “i” in the feminine Amelia’s Aviator Jacket.
Made as it is for shifty Nordic Spring and Summer weather the jacket has a thick viscose lining. A half moon shaped piece in contrasting material on the inside of the back makes the jacket extra pretty when hanging from your hand after yet another safe landing.
Material: Bengaline in black. 98% polyester 2% spandex. Black lining in 95% viscose 5% spandex. Half moon in inside back in thin and soft polyester bengaline in black. 96% polyester 4% spandex.
Rec. retail price incl. VAT: SEK 2100 € 233,50 £ 166 $ 258,50.
