The Lovey dovey Dress
Red art deco fans

Yes! It’s back!
The ever-popular 1930’s style Lovey-dovey Dress with its flowy silhouette and art deco details!

One of our most popular dresses is back in an improved fit, the same great details and even in the favored deco fan print!
A rounded V-neck and flouncy collar, feminine flutter sleeves, deco style belt buckle and horizontal zig-zag cuts make all your dreams of 1930’s elegance come true.
This colorway comes with a contrasting collar and a ribbon in the neckline. Don’t fancy the ribbon? Just undo a few stitches to remove it.
There’s no seam in the waistline making it flattering whether you have a long or short torso. Mark your waist with the matching belt for a sleek 1930’s look or ditch the belt and you’re a 1920s flapper girl. The belt loops are only meant to keep the belt in place when displayed so we recommend cutting them off and placing the belt where it feels comfortable for you. The side seams hide two practical pockets, and the dress is closed by a zipper in the back.

The Non Contrast Cardigan
Sage green wool

Love The Contrast Cardigan but not keen on the contrasting buttons? This one is for you! Same pointy collar, waist short length and ½ sleeves, but with tone-in-tone buttons.

We’ve updated The Contrast Cardigan from SS25 and exchanged the big contrasting buttons for smaller ones in the same color as the yarn, creating a whole new look! A style right out of the 1930s: We imagine that Carole Lombard could have worn this on a date with Clark Gable!
The versatile style will go great with our Deco Dream Skirt but also with your favorite jeans.
Knitted in lightweight wool with breezy lace knit pattern that makes it great for warmer weather. Wear it buttoned up as a blouse, or open over a summer top or dress.

The No Shit Sherlock Trench Coat
Burgundy waxed cotton

Hey, is that an all-weather spring version of your popular winter coat? YOU BET!

For this season, we had our minds set on making a caped trench coat to protect from the elements during spring and summer. And when we stumbled upon these gorgeous waxed cottons from Scottish Halley Stevensons, we knew it was meant to be!

As already mentioned, this is indeed a version of our No Shit Sherlock Coat but unlined and with the addition of classic trench coat details such as an attached hood that can be tightened with drawstrings, bellows pockets with buttoned pocket flaps, straps for tightening the cuffs and a clever belt that can be tied around the waist, hang secured in the back, or be removed altogether. The dramatic little cape is detachable and whilst on, hides the smooth shoulders of the coat.

Now for the geeky material stuff:
Halley Stevensons have supplied some of the world’s most prestigious fashion houses with weatherproof fabrics for as long back as 1864 so they certainly know what they’re doing. The material we have chosen is a sturdy cotton weave with a light and dry wax finish which gives it a soft aged appearance. The coat can be handwashed in cold water (30°C) if really necessary but wiping it off with a wet cloth goes a long way. After years of wearing and washing, you might need to renew the water repellant properties and for this purpose we are also supplying Halley Stevensons reproofing spray (sold separately).

The All-Round Blouse

Imagine your favorite 1940s or 50s movie star, lounging in her changing room between takes: Don’t you just see her in this shirt and a pair of wide legged pants? Now we can all channel her style in this classic, short sleeved shirt.
The pointy collar, darts at the waist and yoke with gatherings are trademarks of that era and the result is a wardrobe staple! Wear it with your favorite pants or a pencil skirt for that sassy secretary look.

The Scandi Summer Cardi
Ivory wool

A new waist short cardigan with V-neck and puffy shoulders!

Our signature silhouette, but in a new design! Here in our Swedish climate a wool cardi is a must even for the summer nights, so we’re adding a new one to our repertoire. This cardi is inspired by classic cardigans of the 1930’s to 1950’s and is knitted with lace knit details, puff sleeves and an extra high V-neck which make it easy to pair with anything from your wardrobe. A great companion for the summer nights or a windy walk along the sea.

The Green Gables Dress
Burgundy ditsy floral print

In spirit of Anne of Green Gable's fascination for the shifting seasons, we’re bringing our Green Gables Dress back in lightweight spring and summer materials!

This late 1800's inspired dress feels surprisingly contemporary with its feminine voluminous 3/4 length sleeves and grandfather collar. The dropped waist and curved gathered yokes further add to the feminine and timeless style and so does the pleated full skirt. The dropped waist and vertical cuts ensure a lovely fit on all heights and the skirt will, depending on your height, swirl somewhere between mid-calf and ankle. Use the enclosed belt to mark your waist to your liking and wear it buttoned all the way up, or slightly undone for a more casual look.

Karin's Picnic Dress
Sage green embroidered cotton

Karin’s Christmas Dress, the summer version!

Red Swedish farmhouses, soft meadows under the sun, picking strawberries, hanging the laundry in the fresh air –pretty much the vibe of this dress!
Inspired by a dress made and worn by Lisa and Emmy’s mom in the 1970’s -originally a red Christmas dress- this summer dress can be easily styled Edwardian, 1940’s or 1970’s -all depending on your accessories. Unlike the Christmas dress, this version is made for you to be able to wear without a blouse under, so the fitted bodice is closed in the sides even if it still has apron dress vibes.
The heart shaped neckline and ruffles on the shoulders make for a very flattering and feminine dress –of course with phone sized pockets!

That Same Old Favorite Blouse
Edwardian brushwood print

That Same Old Favorite Blouse got its name for a reason – it's always a bestseller and now it’s back in new colors and prints! A classic and feminine shirt, easy to blend into any wardrobe.

One of our most popular blouses over the years is back this season in a new and improved version! We’ve reworked the fit with our in-house pattern maker and now it’s better than ever. In this colorway we’ve changed the buttons to sets of three instead of one.
With the gathered yokes, front and back, darts at the waist and classic collar you get a feminine and timeless shirt, perfect both for office wear and for lazy days. Wear it buttoned all the way up –it even has a small loop under the collar to button or wear it open in the neck for a more casual look.

The Cable Knit College Cardi
Blue mélange cotton/cashmere

An all-new cardigan design!
Cable knit in a cotton and cashmere blend, and with raglan sleeves!.

We get classic college student vibes from our new cardi: The cable knit and deep V-neck seems to suggest a walk on campus with books under the arm and a coffee in the hand.
It has a slightly longer bodice than our signature cardigans - a style choice but also to accommodate the longer torsos.
It’s knitted in a new-to-us cotton yarn with a touch of cashmere, which is soft and luxurious to the touch and easy to wear all year round.
Style our new Cable Knit College Cardi with your 1930s, 50s or contemporary outfits!

The Grand Slam Dress
Deco flower print

This season, we bring you something very new to us: We looked at the sporty dresses from the 1920s that are cut straight, and ditched our usual waistband!

This sporty number has sewn down pleats along each side of the front, a pointy collar with button placket and short sleeves to finish the 1920s vibe. You will be ready to play tennis with Edith and Lucy of Downton Abbey! If you don’t think that the straight silhouette is the bee’s knee’s, don’t worry, we have thought about everything: The Grand Slam Dress comes with a belt! Wear it belted and you’re ready to step into the 1930s or even 1970s!
This dress is made roomy enough to easily pull over your head when you want to take it on or off.

The Emmy Goes to Paris Top
Ivory wool

Ready for a French holiday? Grab your baguette, this top, a pair of slacks and get going!
Boatneck front and a deep V in the back –and in classic maritime colors!

Emmy found a 1950s swimsuit in Paris and has been wearing it as a top with flowy skirts ever since –so it seemed like the perfect idea to base a new knit top on it!
The result is what you see here: A short sleeved knit top in lightweight wool with a boat neck front and V-neck back. And don’t worry, the V-neck doesn’t let your bra show.
We picked classic French colors -and the stripes, of course, like the timeless French Breton shirts!
Even the solid colorways have stripes because it’s knitted with textured stripes.
