Shipping

We will normally pack your order within 3 working days, but it can take longer at times when many customers are ordering (for example when a new collection is launched, when we're having a SALE or before Christmas). Also expect longer delivery times during the summer holiday (July-August).

The delivery can then vary depending on your shipping address. Usually 1-3 days within Sweden, 3-7 days within Europe and 7-10 days for outside of Europe. These are only the usual delivery times, but it may take longer (we have not accounted for eventual time for customs handeling).

We cannot split an order into several smaller packages. If you would like items to ship separately, please place mulitple orders.

Lost package?
If you haven't received your delivery within 7 days (within Sweden and Europe) or 30 days (outside of Europe) after you got our Delivery Confirmation, please let us know so that we can start a claim or search for it. If we are notified later than 7 days (Sweden/Europe) or 30 days (outside of Europe) after you received the Delivery confirmation, we can't guarantee a full refund if the parcel is in fact lost.  Please keep track of your shipment to make sure it's not waiting at the post office or UPS Access Point.

Shipping price
The standard shipping cost is the same no matter how much you order, so consider ordering more while you're at it!
The shipping cost varies by country, please select your delivery country at checkout to see available delivery options and prices.

There is an express shipping option at checkout.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.

Customs and fees
International customers outside the EU (European Unity), please note that you are subjected to pay custom fees and import taxes when ordering from an EU country. Please enquire with your national customs office for your national rules and regulations. We will not mark any item as "Gift" or reduce any value on the customs form or invoice as it is against the law.

If you refuse your delivery, the parcel and its fees will be returned and directed to us. You will be made payable for the fees even if you deny your delivery. This value will be deducted from your refund.

In many cases when shopping from outside of the EU, you will also be billed a handling fee. Please note that our warehouse is situated in Sweden and all deliveries are made from Sweden. Custom fees may differ depending on the origin of the garment. You can find each origin on the garment’s product page, please consult the customs department in your own country if you have further questions about customs and costs.

Shipping by Registered Mail

Due to new international regulations, it is no longer (from 2026-01-01) possible to send goods using the Registered Mail International service with PostNord (Sweden Post). More information is available at the PostNord website.

USA
We’re incredibly grateful for the continued support from our US customers, it means a lot to our small brand.
Due to upcoming changes in US customs regulations, including the removal of the $800 exemption from August 29th and new tariffs on EU-made clothing, we’ve made some adjustments to our shipping options.

USPS Shipping Currently Not Available
Shipments by post can only be sent Delivered Duty Paid at the moment, but our web shop isn't compatible with handling tariffs at checkout. We are currently looking for a solution to this issue, but until further notice USPS shipping is not available.

UPS Shipping Still Available
These shipments are sent DAP (Delivered at Place), which means customs, sales tax and import fees are not included at checkout but will be invoiced by UPS. UPS may send a payment link before delivery and paying import fees in advance can sometimes reduce the UPS handling fee.

What to Expect Going Forward
Shipping terms to the US may change with short notice. Please refer to Customs & Border Protection, the US government and UPS for the latest information.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
