We’ve worked hard to get our Edwardian Cycling Sweater as true to a specific 1890s museum piece as possible without compromising on the voluminous leg-of-mutton sleeves. A silhouette that was back in fashion in the 1930's, and then again in the 1980s, and is now trending again! We always love a good Fair Isle cardi and this season we’re bringing you a new style! It is waist-short, has puff sleeves, and features a cozy shawl collar. All in soft pure merino wool. The short waist makes for a smooth and feminine silhouette when paired with your dresses and high waist pants and skirts.
The jacquard knitting technique used for the Fair Isle pattern in the upper part of the cardigan makes it very dense and warm.
