In our experience, if you're taller than 170 cm (5'7") and/or hourglass or pear shaped, you'd be more comfortable in one size up. Size 42/44 and up have an added panel in the back, allowing more space for the hips, so if you're tall and have wide hips you might want to size up to this size or larger.

The buttons are 19 mm / 0,74" / 30L, and can fit the button holes of any of our garments with medium size button holes (ex. our signature cardigans, but not shirts with small buttons or outerwear with large buttons)
