In the upper right corner of the web page you can choose the currency you want to use. As an individual customer shopping from the EU, you need to pay VAT (Swedish Tax) so make it easier for you by ticking the box "Price incl. VAT" as you will then see the full price. If you're shopping from outside of the EU (this now includes the UK!), you can choose to see prices "excl. VAT", as you will instead be billed tax when you receive your order. Basically, the total amount will be the same, the only difference is if you're paying tax to us or to the customs in your country.

In many cases when shopping from outside of the EU, you will also be billed a handling fee. Please note that our warehouse is situated in Sweden and all deliveries are made from Sweden. Custom fees may differ depending on the origin of the garment. You can find each origin on the garment’s product page, please consult the customs department in your own country if you have further questions about customs and costs.

Fill in your name and address correct at the order form. Be sure you have chosen the correct size. Check the general size chart to be sure. You will find it in the footer at the bottom of our web page. You will also find a specific size chart for each item in the shop if you scroll through the photos of the items. We always recommend that you do this as the sizes can vary even between different colors of the same garment.

You have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please refer to our Returns Page for more information.

Please note that not collecting your parcel from the post office/parcel shop or refusing delivery is not a valid return. If you refuse your delivery, the parcel and its fees will be returned and directed to us. You will be made payable for the fees even if you deny your delivery. This value will be deducted from your refund. We have the right to bill you a refused parcel fee of SEK 150 or its equivalent in other currencies, plus the initial shipping, return shipping and any customs/import fees billed to us.

We do not do joint shipping of multiple orders.

Payment information
We accept VISA or MasterCard. For most countries we also accept PayPal.
Note: It is not possible to have a billing address that differs from your registered residence.
We are not able to accept payment by Check or any other form of payment.
You can safely and comfortably pay with credit card at emmy design as the web page has https (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure).
We are using Nets and Klarna, two of Europe's leading Payment Service Providers.
Nets and Klarna handles your credit card details direct and safe.
When you pay for your order using a credit card, you are transferred to a separate server, run by the payment supplier that handles your order. Among other security checks, they will check the address given against the address that the card issuer has on file, all to make it really certain that it is the card holder making the order.

Emmy design does not store any credit card details as they are only entered in Nets or Klarnas system. We only get a signal back from them saying if it's all valid or not.

Fair Use Policy
When placing your order you confirm that your intent is to keep the ordered items. This does not compromise your right to return items for any reason within 14 days as stated in our return policy. We do however reserve the right to deny future purchases from customers who have an unusually high return rate or if the products have been purchased in a fraudulent manner, or for financial gain through for example social media content where goods is returned after photographing.

The desicion to deny a customer from purchasing is based on a number of non discriminatory criteria, such as number of orders, return rate or attempts to circumvent a previous purchase denial under a new name etc. If we deem your return rate to be unusually high, we will give you a warning before any purchases are denied. We reserve the right to deny purchases from customers with very high return rates as the shipping back and forth of these orders and risk of damaged garments is environmentally unsustainable.

The fair use policy and return policy applies to consumers, not to our business customers or influencer partners.
