The Pretty As A Pea Dress

The strong shoulders with smocking, typical of the time, makes the dress drape beautifully over the bust.
The ¾ length sleeves are made sleek at the top, with volume by the elbows and slimmed down sleeve-ends.

The dress comes equipped with ribbons that are snapped on under the collar. You can tie the included ribbons as a bow in the neckline or why not as a necktie or a loose knot? Or easily remove them altogether and replace them with a ribbon or scarf of your choice.

Included is also an elastic belt in the same fabric as the dress and with a lovely art deco style belt buckle matching the buttons.

The front buttons do open but are mostly decorative as the dress zips up the back. And saving the best for last: It has pockets concealed in the side seams!

You might find the belt loops attached at a height that isn’t working for you. If that’s so, we advise you to remove them so that the belt is free to sit at your natural waist. The belt loops are only meant to keep the belt and garment from being detached whilst on display and are therefore not made to last.
