In case you have returned an item and want to make an exchange, we will ask you to pay the shipping cost for the new item.

By ordering this free of charge "fake item" the web shop will automatically add the shipping cost to the country you are ordering from.

This is an easy way for you to pay the new shipping cost without making a bank transfer (as making a bank transfer can be tricky and your bank might charge a high fee for a transfer depending on your country and bank).
